Templates can be duplicated and re-used. Additionally, personas and stakeholder maps can be customized with a simple drag and drop editor.

Learning resources included: Video tutorials and guides for journey maps, personas and stakeholder maps help lead you through the design process.

Export options: There is the ability to export the maps to high-resolution PDF files for printing on posters and other large format printers. Exports are also available in PowerPoint for presentations, PNG and Excel formats.

What do you like best?

What I like about it is that I can put several different branches of a journey map into one place. You can really show the differences between two tracks. Great journey Mapping software

What do you dislike?

If you put everything on a map it can get lost and overwhelming, I wish Smaply had a feature to limit visualization.
