Good but could be better

What do you like best?

Your company can have a cYour company can observe the actions of the sales team, analyze what are the forms of interaction of its customers and potential customers in real time.

In addition to having CRM functions.

You can have different groups for different sales teams either by geographic region or by different business units of your company (Only in the pro plan)

What do you dislike?

You only can contact leads using templates, for having a real conversations with customers only exist 2 ways, people answer your template message, or people start the talk first.

The plataform have some server conection issues. The server down frecuenly a few times at month. The app no works pretty good.

A member cannot join in two different teams, using pro plan you may think that you should have a supervisor for your entire company, but in Sirena you will need to buy more user licenses for having the same person in two teams.

the rules for assigning candidates could be broader.

Integration platforms and data sources fall short.

It should be able to integrate with other marketing automation platforms.

Be sure about the reach of this software, If you have more budget for this function, maybe you could consider other more expensive options
