LiveChat is a lifesaver and timesaver

What do you like best?

What I like about LiveChat is that I do not have to wait on the phone for a customer service representative, I am able to type my issue with a live person and have my telephone/cellphone free for calls, and some times when I have a live customer service representative on the phone there is a language barrier whereas, the person accents is so heavy I am unable to understand that that individual is saying and vice-versa. This issue does not occur on a LiveChat. I am able to evaluate my expereince with LiveChat immediately after the chat is over.

What do you dislike?

I have not had any issue with LiveChat other than delay time in sending and receiving a response from a customer service representative. I had an incident where I had to wait for almost two minutes for my response to be received by the customer service representative and vice versa.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I would recommend others to check and see if Live Chat is available before calling a Customer Service Representative. It saves you a lot of time and you can multi-task.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I am solving business problems by being able to connect with a person immediately rather than holding on the phone. I am leaving my telephone clear for incoming call and if I am needed by my employer and co-worker, I am able to communicate with them while I am on a LiveChat call.
