Free to use, easy and intuitive, and couldnt have asked for easier app to get everyone to sign documents. Sending pdfs around? No way. This makes it so easy to collaborate. As a grad student, we have all kinds of forms all the time, and having multiple people sign through email would be an absolute nightmare! Especially in pandemic times, signrequest is indispensable!
The best feature of signrequest is prob how easy it is to upload a document. I would like to say that it would be an even better improvement if signrequest automatically detects possible signing fields so we can click and not have to readjust each time.
What do you dislike?
Not a whole lot. There are very few improvements I would suggest. For example, an increase in the free-tier so I can use it more often or not worry about the limits.
I think the signing interface can also be a little big more functional. For example, can I bold text in the message section? That would be nice. Also, not sure what else is sent in the signrequest email to recipients but would be nice to see what it says!
Another way to better advertise is probably optimize the google search field. For me, signrequest was not on the top when i search for document signing services. Probably a little better if we can get it higher up. For some reason I never remember the name also, haha!

I also dislike the problem with this survey. It is promising me a $25 gift card but despite whatever I write it wont reach the $25 dollar mark. So I have decided to reduce the rating of the app overall.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would use SignRequest for the occasional user that needs something signed but I cant comment on commercial usage. I would say if you are considering SR I would definitely just create a free account and try it out by sending yourself a signing document request! Its completely free anyway theres nothing to lose.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I am using it to get forms signed for school. Not for business use, but have you tried getting seven people to sign a document? Well, I would have broken down already without SignRequest!
I think for most of other folks that this is probably most helpful for contract signing and others. I am not sure the industry use for these application but it is a great alternative to more expensive options.
As zoom and virtual application becomes more commonplace and return to laboratory life becomes increasingly unlikely, we will see how much more I will be using signrequest!
