Tickets created in alert monitoring tool reflects within seconds to the service now tool which makes a lot more easier for the analysts who are working on this.The service now tool helps in ease of operations such as semi automated and automated incidents
The only thing to dislike is the problem we are facing in automation of incidents. It has not been rectified since now and it may be a problem in the integration between the two tools and hence resolution must be done from both the tools for a perfect output
I strongly recommend users for this tool. As far as i know it is used in most of the companies as it offers a good interface for the users. And as told earlier the integration between the alert monitoring tool and the service now if very much easier and helps in solving issues faster. As a curent user i strongly recommend this tool to be used for ease of operations
The problems we are solving with Service now are incident management such as working on incidents creating incident manually and semi automated tickets too. We have a lot more thing to do in service now we can check on all servers and applications list in cmdb overall it helps in satisfying all needs for incident management team.
