ScreenSteps is designed to support Zero Memorization Training. This is a training methodology where contact center agents, employees, or customers are not required to memorize training information but are trained in how to help themselves when the moment comes.

To enable this type of training, ScreenSteps focuses on four types of speed:
1. Speed of Authoring – How fast can your authoring team create content?
2. Speed of Search – How fast can your employees or customers find the right content?
3. Speed of Application – How fast can your employees or customers successfully apply the information after they find it?
4. Speed of Updating – How fast can you update the information?

Screen Steps is a great tool for creating, editing and reviewing content.

What do you like best?

The search tool is a fast and reliable source to locate requested information that is key when working in a 24/7 global call center. Also, Screen Steps can be made available in SFDC where you do not require a swivel chair process whe handling a call interaction.

What do you dislike?

I have not identified any dislikes at this time.

The ease of setup and use can provide ROI on your investment.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Working in a 24/7 call center it is difficult to locate required information searching pages in books or opening other systems. All of the required information needed to support the call center can be located in Screen Steps, whether if me a manual or a quick link.
