Constantly evolving platform with extremely responsive support.

What do you like best?

The costumer service and support has been consistently outstanding. The team at Scout has help out in many times of need and continues to provide just the right amount of communication.

What do you dislike?

The platform itself is evolving and lacks a lot of the functions of larger off the shelf ATSs but having a nimble and responsive team means that they've been able to either create work arounds or adjust the interface as needed.

To no fault of their own, but there is an inability for the platform to be integrated into my organizations boutique HRIS which has lead to a fragmented documentation collection process when converting candidates to employees.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

There are some UI experiences that could be enhanced (e.g. having a range of sorting filters/functions to help navigate large volumes of posts or candidate profiles).

It should satisfy the needs of most medium sized organizations, especially if you're monitoring less than 25 vacancies at a time but anything beyond that tends to be a bit unwieldy.
