Great customer support!

What do you like best?

I'm a teacher and I talk to parents daily. I love how easy it is to use SchoolStatus and when I had an issue receiving phone calls from parents, the customer support walked me through what was happening and was so friendly! I could tell they really care about their company, their team, and us!!

What do you dislike?

When the families miss a phone call from me they would leave a message back, but it didn't ring for me. Customer support said the family has three options when calling back including leaving a voicemail without calling-which I didn't know. So more insight into how the other side works could have helped me understand what might have been happening.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

SchoolStatus has helped me keep my work and personal life separate, which is really important for maintaining metal health for all educators!

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Communication. Especially during the COVID-19 school closures, communication is vital. I was able to still teach over the phone and check in with my students while not sacrificing my home internet (which I was using extensively for work already) and maintaining privacy of my personal number.
