What do you like best?

I really can't think of any good attribute. However, its customer service is responsive.

What do you dislike?

This platform is extreme cumbersome to configure, its logical structure is very difficult and nearly impossible to customize to business models that deviate from their preconceived structure. The user manuals are trash, they are impossible to read and pretty useless anyway.

Classter offers Zero onboarding or Proof of Concept support for when you are new to the platform, they leave the configuration burden completely to the user and if you require support you have to pay for consulting services, and still they probably won't get it right.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Classter created more problems for our business than what they ever addressed.
