Workable system but very out of date

What do you like best?

I like the ease of use for work order and invoices.

What do you dislike?

It is very out of date - the most important thing we don't get from SBT is the ability to add many serialized numbers at once when receving inventory and have a way to scan them to a work order or invoice.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It keeps a fairly good tally of what we need for accounting in a small business. I like that can easily check a report to see receivables, payables, open PO's etc.
