Great App if your company is using Saleforce and looking to allow sales to give updates on the go.

What do you like best?

It makes it really easy for my team to update tasks, opportunities, and accounts on the go. The ease of logging calls, emails and meetings live is the main reason to use the app on the go. Helps save the team time, making updates live, rather than loading in stale information days later from the computer. Makes it easier to log calls, emails and meetings.

What do you dislike?

Some of the dashboards and reports that are more complicated do not display well. If you are looking to view reports with many columns or complex data, better to have your team use their computer. The support is also lacking, if you run into an issue it can some time take days to get the issue resolved.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

If you are already using Salesforce CRM, this app is a great way to improve the user experience and help your team to be more effective and better communicate. If you need a lot of support though, I would instead recommend using Hubspot. Hubspot has live help that can help you to resolve issues and answer questions fast. Salesforce has an OK knowledge base, and you can often get questions answered on their forums, but it takes a lot of effort to find your answers and usually takes days rather than minutes. Some of the great features are: Calendar, Tasks, Opportunities, Accounts, and Leads
