Limited platform and requires development verses out of the box

What do you like best?

Its beneficial to be able to create tasks for your leads and define flows of the life cycle. You can add additional functionality easily, such as a map of the current customer, past customers, etc to find current customers near targets. There are additional modules that your able to purchase.

What do you dislike?

Its extremely slow, requires way to much work to just fill out contacts and opportunities. For example, creating a contact under a opportunity requires you to create it, save, then save it again to the lead instead of adding the lead directly to the opportunity. There is no automation of marketing opportunities, for instance with hubspot you can define automatic flows to follow up on leads if you don't get a email response.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Don't skimp on your implementation, ensure you do it right from the start and avoid a lot of customization. Evaluate your intended platform verses other products and ensure it will meet your needs for years to come, as its expensive to change.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

To some degree, we are working to add more functionality to make it easier to manage our pipelines, but its limited unless you increase the modules. It is more or less, not a complete platform that can provide a 360 degree view of your potential customers and their whole lifecycle end to end. The most important benefit is it provides lead protection, which is critical. Also having integration with tools such as Revenue Inbox are useful.
