Advanced user of Salesforce Lightning DialerWe were able to quickly implement it without any major issues.
There is no ability to transfer calls. Inbound purchase was purely limited to having people call back the number they called!
You cannot forward numbers that were assigned to old reps to new ones etc.
System was broken the majority of time we had it. Voicemails that were left could not be listened to from the dialer even though it is advertised as possible and gives you the options to do so.
Had to work with support on a number of occasions to fix issues Salesforce was unaware of.
Many reports of call quality issues.
Just about any other dialer is a better alternative, we received ours for about 30 dollars a license for both inbound and outbound per month. (not including the purchase of minutes in bulk) It lacked so much that you might as well use something like Dialpad in place of this.
We needed Voip system to dial out of Salesforce and record the calls and track activities.
This has done most of that, except for some issues with activity tracking on open opportunities.
