What do you like best?
The ease of use for Orum makes adoption a breeze. Everything users need to see while they're calling out to someone is put right there in front of them. The integration with SFDC is seamless. Also of note is the quality of the Orum team's customer service. Top marks for responsiveness and professionalism.
What do you dislike?
As things are today the Analytics page layouts could use a facelift. From what I've heard this is on the roadmap and near completion, which will be a great upgrade. Team-based reporting right now is a little challenging if you have multiple different teams using Orum as analytics for everyone is shown in one place.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Dialing a phone over and over is the single most tedious part of any sales role. Orum supercharges this. If you want your reps to be able to make 100 dials an hour, this software is key.
