Advanced user of Salesforce Journey BuilderThe drag and drop features used to build the actual journey are easy to use, those include the decision splits, wait times, email drops, data extension pulls, etc.
Learning how to develop the data extensions and overall backend set-up of Marketing Cloud is not the easiest, but not impossible.The challenge is managing the data and syncing information across data extensions. It's not impossible, however, it does take time and SQL skills to join fields based on subscriber keys/contact id and manage the flow of information to ensure that the data extensions are being updated as the journey is run.
It's a powerful tool that'll allow teams to create scenarios and map out their communication across their audiences. However, it's important to have someone with SQL and developer skills to work with the Admin/Project Manager in order for both to successfully create use cases and integrations necessary for journey sends and insights.
