What do you like best?

The integration with our salesforce systems. The quoting system is user friendly and in our situation is set-up so we can quickly quote products and submit for approval to send quotes out right away. If a quote needs to be approved by management, the approval process is quick.

I also like the email notifications that can be set-up when a quote is approved, contact changes are made, etc.

What do you dislike?

Sometimes it doesn't pull the data from salesforce as needed. But when it works I absolutely love it. The newest update was also really nice.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We use it for quotes for our customers and prospects, and put those quotes in the contract and have all the products flow through our system. This really helps us manage contract, maintenance, etc
