Advanced user of rSchoolTodayBeing able to see what facilities are available to use or are already in use when contacted with a request for facilities. Ability to control conflicting events scheduled to facilities and notifications.
Some people are granted access that allows them to book over existing events causing conflicts. This I believe is an internal problem. The learning curve without training is frustrating. Too many steps some times to get things set up.
We have issues with other activities showing up on permits that belong to another event/permit. It takes us contacting rSchoolToday and putting in a work order request.
Avoiding or finding conflicts of events, notification ability, contracting and billing facility users. Keeping track of non payment and payments of facilities use accountability.
