What do you like best?
Good for creating contact filters and tracing communications. Integrated email building, sending and analytics.
What do you dislike?
Not too user friendly, data has to be inputted in a very particular way or it will be rejected.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Gives you the ability to communicate with a large number of students at once. Emails can be tailored to particular groups of students and responses can be sent to the relevant individuals rather than a generic email.
