What do you like best?
Great contact information on 98% of sites visited. When an email address was unavailable or unconfirmed, there was no charge for the download. The search mechanisms are easy to use and very comprehensive.
What do you dislike?
There were few things to not like. Only thing that stands out was the somewhat high volume of personal email addresses or old business addresses. These issues were often alleviated by the LinkedIn conneciton.

My main problem and reason for using RocketReach is to get contact information of the right positions at companies we are hoping to do business with in the near future. We have been able to access just about any email address we need. There is also great connection to SalesForce so data is instantly uploaded there.
