What do you like best?

It has so many integration facility like email, cases, opportunities, better customer management, task management and so many things. Custom field organizer is one of the best facility.

What do you dislike?

Sometimes late responding. Very less no of template available. Sometimes Token system also do not respond.

I recommend you to increase the server speed so it may be better.

Faster access to crucial information. It has made my work easier and in organized way and saves a lot of time. Improved order, inventory and quote management and so many things.
