Negligent- talk about dead people voting. These are actual dead people as leads!

What do you like best?

I never write negative reviews. I am a professional and I give organizations and people every benefit of the doubt. When I have an issue I resolve it directly. I reach out, I roll up my sleeves and I work hard. In this company Sales Genie data Axle the one thing they do is this: The know how to collect your money. But they are negligent and deceitful in every other way. The culture of Sales Genie is defective. If you want to do lead generation you should try a really good company that knows what it is doing, and takes the time to gather fresh information. this company skirts it's responsibility to it's customers at every turn. Find one that is specialized in the niche you want. Sales Genie is a bad, lazy organization that is build in a heap of bad data re-massaged and repackaged to look like they have something. They have nothing.

What do you dislike?

1) Poor, unusable and unavailable technology

2) 5 to 7 years out of date data across the board

3) Poor training options precisely not as advertised (I got 5 minutes each

time) and so basic and none of my questions answered, poor

responsiveness, and very poor customer service

4) Horrible attitude towards customers bordering on a malignant mindset

toward customers.

5) They force people to sign a long term contract because they are SO BAD no one would stay with them willingly.

6) During my months time attempting to use Salesgenie I logged more than 10 calls for help using the app. Which simply did not work as advertised.

7) Your service and support calls are redirected to your SALES person. What?

Service calls issues included but not limited to

- Inability to log in at all; even though I had the correct login information. This was while I was in the field attempting to work.

- Inability to use features advertised as include that I thought I had paid for

- Extremely poor customer service from Kari Hein herself who gave me cursory and degrading treatment. She spoke to me as if I was in 4th grade at every turn. This would be bad for anyone and was also unwelcome from a person with an MBA who has run a division of a F-500 company and worked in technology,and trained at a top 10 accounting firm.

- Very poor training on the workings of the tool from your training associates who literally don't care one iota for providing value to customers.

- When I could use it, I learned and found how all the data is dead wrong.And by dead I mean, I had associates walkup to houses and found the people had been long dead. That means hours of planning, driving and knocking to find a dead person behind the door. Long moved. The company made the excuse that this was only true in small towns but I tested it personally in larger markets and found it to be true there too.

- I found continuously dead leads, and incorrect information 90% of the time (I physically verified the data) -- It was YEARS old. People were long dead. Long moved.

- Data Axle Sales Genie charge clients money to create “leads” to sell life insurance to already dead people.

The service costs 4 times than the closest competitor.

It is only because I honor an agreement that I paid for as long as I did.I was locked into a 6 monks agreement that I asked to cancel after the 2nd month and was never allowed out. Run don't walk when you get their enticing emails. ONE large Client they have, AFLAC probably has back end data access and probably populates most of the data they gather. But this is not shared with the other customers.

I am working with a lawyer to file complaints with the Texas and Nebraska states attorneys. And FTC and other governing bodies. This is a total waste of money for the professional.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

IThis company is a giant sewage repackaging plant-- it never cleans up the sewage it just sells it as if it were new. It uses really old bad data and never fixes it.

The goal was to run targeted searches and then create campaigns but all of the tools are antiquated and the data is so wrong you are really wasting your money.
