RevCent is a suite of business tools that empowers the sales and subscriptions of businesses and websites, and enables usage based billing or metered billing too.

RevCent identified several primary areas that were lacking in most sales, subscription billing, usage billing, or e-commerce software. They then engineered a full suite of powerful tools to kick each of these areas into overdrive for any sales or subscription based business.

Subscription and trial offer management: RevCent lets you easily create subscription offers and trials, and gives you a host of tools to prevent cancellations and extend the lifetime value of each subscription or trial customer. RevCent’s subscription management tools provide a great deal of flexibility when managing subscriptions and trials.

Usage based or metered billing: Automatically or manually bill and charge your customers based on their usage of your product or service. RevCent’s usage & metered billing offers the flexibility and features to accomplish your business goals.

Payment processor management: RevCent lets you create payment profiles to integrate multiple card processors, and other payment methods like PayPal or checks. Rescue failed payments with RevCent’s Decline Salvage tool or save them in real-time with payment cascade settings. For those bargain hunting buyers, RevCent also has robust coupon and discounting tools.

Customer management: RevCent receives customers from your website, or they can be imported or manually created. Manage customers easily, and filter, view and organize customers how you want. Even create quick-sales directly from the customer’s page in RevCent.

Sales management: RevCent accepts online-generated or keyed sales, and lets you filter and organize sales the way you want, with on-page sales management and customizable column views and filters.

Shipping and fulfillment: For “shippable products”, RevCent enables you to integrate fulfillment software like ShipStation and ShipWorks, or complete shipping tasks directly. Create custom shipping rates, rules, and notifications to achieve your goals and delight customers.

Product/Service creation and management: RevCent makes it easy to sell products and offers on your website or on a RevCent hosted page. Products can be shippable or non-shippable, and can be one-time sales, subscriptions, or even trial offers.

Visitor and order tracking: Paste a snippet of code on your marketing domains and money site, to get in-depth, cross-domain tracking of your visitors. RevCent even integrates directly with your Google AdWords account, to provide deep AdWords data on every sale. Customizable meta data tracking further extends the actionable insights RevCent can give you.

Deep-dive reporting: RevCent lets you create and save endless reports on your dashboard that can reveal unseen factors driving or slowing your success. The options are endless when you can layer queries. Things like combining a lifetime value report with an advertising campaign report, reveal the campaigns that produce whales, and those that don’t. RevCent’s integration with Google BigQuery enables these massive queries to run at fast speeds.

Easy integration: RevCent lets your website and your sales flow easily into your account. Developers can integrate their website with RevCent’s API, or you can embed RevCent’s widgets, or use RevCent’s HTML builder to create beautiful hosted pages. RevCent even has a WooCommerce plugin that can connect your WooCommerce store. You can also connect your RevCent account with other third party platforms that you rely on.

Perfect Fit!

What do you like best?

We looked for a subscription/recurring revenue option for a while for our products and rant into multiple roadblocks. When we came across RevCent, it checked the box we need for subscriptions but went on to be a value even more than we expected.

Not only were Brad and Ryan accommodating and patient with us while setting our platform up, but they showed us that they had features we didn't even know we needed! While selling products online, allowing us to use multiple payment processors, and set up the shipping platform of our choosing, we found that they didn't put us in a corner with only specific options available. They have allowed us to expand our services by being flexible with theirs.

What do you dislike?

We have yet to find anything that has a con yet with this software. For what we have needed, they have been exaclty the solution we were looking for with our business model.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

If you're looking for a platform that can be molded around your business model instead of having to mold around theirs, then RevCent is for you!

If you want to work with a company that genuinely cares about your success, RevCent is for you.

With so many companies out there trying to outprice each other, RevCent keeps it simple with the model of, if you make money, we make money. They grow with you and don't gouge for every little thing!
