It's complicated dashboard. Don't receive notifications to my email once a refund is made or payment received. I was confused with the chat box as wasn't sure if I was talking to a human or an AI.
Make sure you always check the percentage any online platform takes as their admin/commission when using their service.
I was having issues receiving payment from customers on my squarespace website. Stripe offered a quick solution to this. Everything felt secure. I knew the tracking information of the customers. Only problem is transferring money from Stripe to a bank account. But I never got this far with this feature as had to refund customers due to Covid.
