What do you like best?
As a web-based transcription business, we've all sorts of people—mostly, students and job offering companies—to frequently communicate with. QuickFMS' ticket-based system enabled us to keep track of all the newly-arrived and pending jobs and problems with the concerned parties.
What do you dislike?
Even though the software integrated well with our CRM system, but I think it needs a little more touch-up on the UX front to reduce the number of clicks for achieving a task completed.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a great solution that can handle all your customer and client communication needs. Go for it. If any issue arrives, you have a 24/7 available highly-supportive customer service team for assistance.
