Solid in the back-office but in dire need of modern overhaul
What do you like best?
The software performs and allows us to run out business. It allows multiple users to connect in various branch locations. Integrates well with several other software vendors that we are currently using.
What do you dislike?
The software GUI and user experience is cumbersome, inefficient and it is difficult to get the data out of our system for analysis. Our users and customers are demanding mobile applications and the ability to manage their account online. Support and maintenance recently increased and we did not receive much in return for the increases
