What do you like best?

Everything from the customer queue management options to the reporting to the support. All-around excellent experience for us and our customers. We have been very pleased with all facets of the Lavi product from implementation. to daily use, to reporting, to new features and enhancements.

What do you dislike?

There is not anything that comes to mind that I dislike about Lavi.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We have completed changed how we manage our customer flow from providing online scheduler options to mobile queuing and virtual lines. With the pandemic, our customers expect technology to improve their experience and minimize their risk of exposure.
