It is not as flexible and user friendly as other systems I have used in the past

What do you like best?

Quality processes can be created by the customer.

Has a Configuration Management module

Has a deviation module.

Attributes can be created

Easy web based access

What do you dislike?

Limitations on customization.

Creation of "attributes" is rigid

Formating of "final" templates is not user friendly

Attributes cannot be used more than once on each section (ie. date, responsible, etc)

Reporting is very limited

Does not have escalation process when an action is due

Licences are expensive

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Quality processes like Non Conforming Material Reports, Corrective Actions Reports, Supplier Corrective Action Reports, 8Ds have been implemented.

We tried to use the Document Control module as our solution but found it difficult to fit our business. Using another solution instead.

We also tried to link it to NetSuite, but not all the functions can be linked. For example, drawing reviews, material receipts with NCMRs and SCARs and PPMs, supplier scorecards, reports, etc.

We were not able to link the scrap tickets to NetSuite inventory management.
