What do you like best?
The platform is simple to use, but many times runs slow. The rest of the Q2 family runs much quicker, but misses a few of the user sections that need to be updated relatively often.
What do you dislike?
The loading and updating can be unbearably slow relative to the rest of the suite of apps.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Updating and fixing user profiles for the less tech savvy, while allowing the majority of users to access and update on their own.
