What do you like best?
The design is very appealing and the way everything is all set to select with one click. The way the boxes are aligned makes my work easier and faster. the appealing structure is very nice and everything handy. Also, the wall in which you can share communications, achievements, and all sort of information that you want to share with the people in your organization.
What do you dislike?
I would like to have more search criteria to use from, as there are limited options to choose from, it should have the option to personalize the search according to the information on the form. Additionally, the reporting section could be more versatile in a way you can get specific information from the data entered in the forms. Other than that everything works smoothly.

Take advantage of the tool as much as you can, use all the parameters and really make a difference! if you want to have everything in one place, this is the best option, and it comes with very nice features: reporting, graphics, data management, feedback functionality, easy and attractive design and the team is always good on assisting.

Efficiency and coaching performance as on the platform people have the availability to comment the evaluations and provide feedback as needed. Everything happens in real-time and they receive an email with the information I've submitted for them, also the fact on using tags to flag specific details are very practical and help to identify patterns and create action plans to tackle unwanted behaviors or even recognize someone that is doing an excellent performance.
