Awesome for B2B Sales with Quoting and Negotiating

What do you like best?

I converted over from Salesforce and at first use really appreciated the tight integration with G-Suite. It tracks emails, calendar, contacts and google drive files. Gone are the days of logging events to saleforce opps. Now we can just click a button and assign emails to deals if Pipedrive didn't already do it for us.

Also appreciate the deal attachments feature so our quotes stay with deals and are always accessible. This was present in Salesforce but was quite cumbersome.

The integration with Zapier are also much more intuitive and trustful.

Dealbot overall is a great feature when you have a team running your CRM. I can track all important activity from slack updates so my team doesn't have to send emails or texts anytime somethging important has happened. Dealbot pops up when we enter new deals and WIN deals. Keeps me up to date.

What do you dislike?

There is nothing I dislike about it. The only way I could think of them making it better was if they included action links in the dealbot update so you wouldn't have to open the deal in Pipedrive. Also when clicking the link from mobile, it opens the Slack browser, it would be better if it opened the Pipedrive mobile app.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Definitely consider using Pipedrive, it is low risk and low commitment, tools like Dealbot are just one of the features that will help you org wide.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

This makes keeping in touch and on the pulse of your deal flow much easier. We have it turned on for when deals are added and WON. This way I can best understand what my team is working on and requires much less check-ins.
