What do you like best?
Performance Culture has helped us begin to create a coaching culture and to drive the focus on performance and merit. It's helping make our staff more aware of goals for themselves and how that intersects with the goals of the organization so that they have a good understanding of the full impact of their work.
What do you dislike?
Performance Culture is still evolving so some integrations aren't there yet but I look forward to some of the new features they seek to bring online.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you have a small team and you are trying to create a coaching culture Performance Culture has amazing resources in the learning library that you can assign and build on to drive the culture you want in your organization. Its been a relief for me to be able to assign the training videos, download the resources and share with the team. I didn't have to make it from scratch.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
They have automated our review process which used to be paper-based and they have mechanisms that help us measure compensation based on performance.
