Product Insights that give customers a voice

What do you like best?

The ability to collect and aggregate customer feedback in an actionable way.

What do you dislike?

Wish there was a better way to automate duplicate request clean up. We get a lot of duplicate requests, and while Receptive is good at raising those similar requests to customers, they ofter want to submit their own unique request and it creates a lot of work for our team to clean them up.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It is letting us hear directly from our customers what part of our products they would like us to focus on.
