Excellent Community Software - Has a Simplicity that is still loaded w/features & possibilities!

What do you like best?

PeerBoard has a simplicity about it which makes it incredibly easy to use - both for the admins and the users. But this simplicity does not mean that it doesn't have what you need: share tools, algorithms to keep recent stuff visible, pinned posts, moderators, embed widgets, digests, white label/customization options - it is all possible with PeerBoard - and more features are on the way!

I love that the community boards are really fast - there is almost no waiting time (exception is the WordPress Widget , but that is being worked on to make faster).

I currently am managing 4 different boards and different use cases.

The development team has been very responsive - they have been open to suggestions and feedback and are really interested in hearing the needs and use-cases of their users. They are incredibly transparent with their roadmap and are fast to update fixes and patches where needed!

What do you dislike?

The Wordpress Plugin is still a bit slow to load and the html editor is lacking some features - but both of those are being worked on.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

In one use case I was able to replace a Yahoo Group that was being used. In another use case, I replaced my site's forum, news widget, FAQs and added in a Client Spotlight!
