What do you like best?
The system doesn't keep giving you the same candidates applications for exactly the same jobs. Most other systems allow multiple repeat applications. Also every part of it is customisable, so you can adapt the pipeline and every other part to suit your business.
Oh and the support and the look and feel of it.
It's so user friendly
This will cut out so many of the wasted time sections of Recruitment and make better use of the limited minutes in our day
What do you dislike?
Nothing so far. Honestly. I did find something I wanted but they changed it so it worked.

It's got all the functions the other ats systems gave except it also has more. Also links to a multiposter which means your candidates have one click applies...
