Pazo is the most loved commercial real estate operations management tool in Qatar

What do you like best?

Ease of process designing as per property owners' ask, real time visibility of work execution by vendors, custom automated reporting dashboards for everyone. The unsaid use-case is reconciliation of work done. The owner, the property managers (us), and the vendor are three parties. With Pazo it's easy to pull out reports and ensure work reconciliation between all the three parties.

What do you dislike?

Core team is based out of India.. Sometimes time difference is an issue for scheduling calls etc.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Easy to keep an eye on the work being done by blue collar/ entry level white collar workforce.. Especially the ones who are not on our payroll. Easy to manage tens of our properties at once
