What do you like best?

I have been using paytm business for quite some time now through which I receive my online payments that are sent over by my clients. It is both an ease for me and my customers because they can use any kind of medium they like to clear my payments like credit cards, websites, QR code and debit cards. For me, all I need is a mobile device and a bar code to receive my payments.

What do you dislike?

Sometimes even the simplest of the transactions takes a lot of time to process due to which my customers get satisfied by payment method in the field that the money is lost. Also, the platform is not capable of making multiple transactions at once this happened to me awhile ago when I try to make multiple transactions and it just crashed.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I find it very useful for cash digitalization. Not only helpful for my business transactions but I am also able to make my personal transactions by paying bills, get mobile credit, shopping, etc. it is a quite secure platform that does not require any kind of additional information and so far it is protected by anti-fraud technologies with a 128-bit encryption.
