Advanced user of DwollaOur use-case for moving money was complex. Listening to your customer's needs, vision and providing a full solution was the first "10" we gave Dwolla. Providing WILLPORT, the same individual to assist us through discovery, planning, and integration, was great customer service.
Would like to see some enhanced software features. Some of these are:
*An improved way to verify customers as the drivers lisc. pictures tend to have a high failure rate due to blurry photos.
*Debit card features for proven B2C models.
*Faster ACH transfers from Bank to Recipient if the client uses "balance check"
There are a few "money" products in the market. However, Dwolla's dedicated team listens and implements your vision of product usage along with providing your organization with the best user experience. I sleep at night knowing we are in good hands with a full-out effort to fight money fraud while working jointly towards a better product for our customers.
Dwolla is assisting us with solutions and strategies for the above 3 dislikes. We are looking forward to the new driver's license scanning of the card's back, which should prove to be more efficient.
