An older legacy technology that is a 'system of record' not a 'system of engagement'

What do you like best?

It does the basics of recruiting via job boards very well.

What do you dislike?

Applicant data inside the ATS is old. So therefore there is no point in talent pooling. There is no easy way to engage and connect with candidates other than leaving phone call voice messages. Limited integrations with larger ERP/HRIS systems. Very little product development inside the recruitment ATS module over the last 5 years.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Consider whether it's the most modern, best of breed solution, that fits the modern times. Their ATS typically forces recruitment teams to rely soley 100% on job boards to find and fill roles. Which is not the way the modern world is shifting to.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Keeps records for old and closed jobs well. Allows recruiters to see all jobs that are open.
