Advanced user of Oracle Intelligent BotsI like the feature of using Oracle Intelligent Bots as it is this feature which is integrated into Cloud based like the Mobil cloud and as a IT developer, one can develop intelligent bots that can create a natural way of conversational user interface, where the user can communicate via text or speech with the enterprise system of the agency. The technology that is used is through AI or Artificial Intelligence and natural language processing and machine learning which uses oracle intelligent bots and it can understand or detect as to what the user is trying to achieve and respond appropriately with the information or any transactions from the enterprise applications. This is very good as they (bot) are very good in integrating themselves with various chatting and custom mobile voice apps and channels.
The Bot operational insight is good where we have the ability in real time to know how the Bot is performing, the challenges are when the Bot is conversing with another Human being and when certain english words are used and it can not understand....then the system will transfer over to another human interaction where the costs could go up in maintaining human as a back up to resolve customer service issues if Bot can not resolve. This is not cost effective if the applications keeps failing and human intervention reoccurs.
Do a lot of research and have enterprise resource system with cloud and mobile integrated dashboard.
The integrated feature of Oracle mobile cloud is that Bots benefits from the rich analytics and actionable insights which is provided by the platform. The platform provides a central dashboard where I can gain insights of multi-channel user adoption across the mobile, bots, and web.
There are numerous chat and voice channels with different integration interfaces. We take messengers like FB, WeChat, Siri, Skype and Alexa, Google Home, and Apple Homepod type apps and we are using the artificial intelligence and Bots to communicate with multiple users using the Bots to save time and the cost. The benefits are the time saving and cost effective having all of the applications in one dashboard for user communication.
