Great Data Consolidation. Plain & Simple from Oracle!

What do you like best?

I think the best thing that Oracle CDM offers is its data consolidation plain and simple.

Companies that are already working on or are familiar to the Oracle platform (on ERP level) would find Oracle's CDM to be very intuitive and would let them adapt to their existing system quickly.

What do you dislike?

Although it does not offer any break-through features with regards to being the newer data management player and coming in late into the market but it is expected to add more features in future updates. But it makes up for this in its solid consolidation of data management.

I believe they should add more features to the system as the price is on a higher end.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Oracle's cloud data management gives our organization the facility to process and store customer data using a intuitive and amalgamated means, this helps sales and the marketing teams to have the right customer information at the right time as the information is always up-to date.

This system would help your Sales and Marketing departments to have an accurate information about the customers such as their relevant addresses etc., which would help them in to run marketing campaigns using the customer's contact information which would be advantageous and valuable to the business.

Although the system is new in the market, this might mean that some of the established names in the market can be a better fit to someone. It is always better to request for a demo of the system, which is the way to move forward with this too.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

- Using the system for customer data management for our consumer retail section and to separately deal corporate customers.

Using this system the sales and marketing people get accurate information about the products that are being used by the customers which offers the customer a better experience and the sales people can target the customer with more relevant products.

-The system is also helpful in managing data for employee payroll processing and their profile management via cloud services.
