What do you like best?

This is the same reliable Oracle platform we have grown to love on premise. Nothing is missing on the cloud, it is a full blown version of what we are accustomed to using.

What do you dislike?

The control portal is lacking in features, information and it's hard to find what you are looking for. I literally had not been in our portal for 3 months, logged in, and nothing had changed in look or feel from my last log in. Simply put, not functionality had been added.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Make sure they have a pay as you use it model in place before you purchase. The days of annual contracts needs to be over. Outside of that, you will love the environment. We have used a couple of other cloud environments, and this is one is as close to what you will find on-prem as any.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We needed to expose data to our client base. This has allowed us to place this data in a location where we did not have to expose our on premise database.
