What do you like best?

Process flow:

The process flow is a drag and drop feature where we can create a automated process flow just by dragging and droping the elements and update the appropriate porperties based on the result of decision and function. In addition these elements can create a alert in a chatter group and hencforth it ensures every request is look upon properly.

Track a deal from start to end:

Salesforce has good and user friendly UI to track a deal (i.e) No of meetings held with contact lead, way of communication used such as follow up through email or video call or phone call. Also salesforce keeps track of all emails for a particular deal and henceforth once doesn't need to search his mails and switch between applications to set up meetings.

Approval Process:

The discount approval process seems to be more user friendly and robust. When any rep tries to provide a discount beyond the threashold value, it automatically triggers approval process. In this way the higher management is always kept informed if any improper discounts were tried upon.

What do you dislike?

Sometimes the data model seems like a maze, and sometimes, the associations are difficult to understand

The training for a partical rep might take around a 2 weeks to month to get him or her well profiecient with salesforce platform

Through salesforce we track the performance of all our reps for any quarter or year and if we see a performance drop, it helps to help him or her to take up necessart action to help the rep to stay on track
