This is the worst ticketing system that I've ever used.

What do you like best?

I like that it really makes you work for its love. Nothing about this platform is intuitive.

What do you dislike?

Everything. The layout. the need to input everything. its lack of notifications. Its inability to make you productive within the tool at all.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

DON'T DO IT!! Your employees will not be getting any work done.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It is meant to be a one-stop-shop tool for the company as a whole. What it fails to provide is ease of use to contain sanity amongst its employees
