What do you like best?

I think one of the best things about OpenText Axcelerate is how easy it is to use. The review pane is foolproof in that it will not let a reviewer continue on without completing all of the items that need to be completed. This certainly gives me peace of mind, knowing that I have not forgotten to tag anything.

What do you dislike?

The redacting functionality in particular within OpenText Axcelerate can be a bit clunky. Especially when I want to delete an area that I have redacted. It seems silly that I would have to click through each redacted area, via the arrow buttons, to reach the particular redaction area that I would like to delete. It would be much easier to be able to simply click on that particular area within my view screen and then click delete.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I would recommend OpenText Axcelerate for those who prioritize ease of the review process, and therefore speed and efficacy in completing e-discovery assignments.
