What do you like best?

As a legal professional, I found the software very easy to use and very well-organized. It is visually engaging with a variety of customizable functions. The language used for the software is closely linked to the legal language which I am familiar with. This definitely makes it much easier and more convenient for my experience with the software. On top of that, the software comes with very clear and well-explained instructions and training. Additionally, I personally did not experience any technical difficulties.Many functions are extremely helpful for my profession such as auto-redaction or bulktagging.

What do you dislike?

In general, I do not have any discontent on the software and its functions. It took a short period of time for me to get fully familiarized with the software and its features. Nonetheless, I believe that all software requires a short period of time for users to gradually get familiar with their features.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

ZyLAB eDiscovery is really eye-opening for me to witness a great integration of law and technology. It definitely is a powerful tool that makes the work of legal professionals more efficient and less time-consuming.
