What do you like best?

Legal Hold Pro is very easy to learn and administer. The available APIs help to ensure that our contact list stays updated and the matter templates make preparing and sending a legal hold a quick and efficient process.

What do you dislike?

There's nothing to dislike about the tool. We've been using it for almost 8 years and it's done exactly what is needed, without complicating the process.

Legal Hold Pro is an easy to use, cost efficient tool to send users holds and audit their responses. Users can send reminders, update holds, send witness interview and review responses efficiently.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We've used Legal Hold Pro for almost 8 years, and appreciate the ease of use and functionality that is available. It has streamlined what was a very manual and time-consuming process using email and spreadsheets.

We have recently discovered Cloud Preserve and Digital Discovery Pro, and are in the process of implementing Cloud Preserve. With this implementation we will be able to keep our legal holds and custodians confidential but also save our IT department from the overwhelming volume of emails requesting them to add or remove custodians from legal holds in various enterprise applications.
