What do you like best?

One of the best things about Netsuite is the ability to either bundle your own sandbox items or utilize either managed or other bundles that have been shared to the site. This helps enhance the functionality of the system.

What do you dislike?

One of the things that I dislike is how Netsuite treats currency pairs. We have a highly complex structure (multiple legal entities with various hierarchies in different currencies and some of them don't tie exactly when inputting rates

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Make sure to check out the bundles. This will help you with enhancing the platform with little extra exertion. I would also check out suiteanswers as that has been extremely helpful in helping our organization address anything that we get stuck on in the platform.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We have automated our intercompany elimination process and used Netsuite to integrate with salesforce to drive efficiencies.
