What do you like best?

Not much at this point - things that are supposed to open up additional windows with things like invoices or change orders just do not work. We get blank screens and no support from Tyler.

What do you dislike?

When you click on "invoice" from a Purchase Order screen,you get nothing.

When you click on "change order" from any screen, you get nothing.

When you ask Tyler Technology to fix issues, you get nothing.

There are so many things in this software that are supposed to work but just don't. Tyler Technology seems to have no understanding of how to fix it (it's been 6 months and we are still having exact same issues with software not working correctly).

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

None - if the software worked properly i can see how it would be beneficial. At this point it's just frustrating, time consuming and more work than it was doing things manually.
