What do you like best?
This software was designed for sales managers; it focuses on reporting and sales team optimization. It avoids wasting time on gimmicks and unnecessary reporting functions. It is intuitive and delivers both historical and real time data. I am able to quickly share with my sales team and management several different views of where we are in any given day. Also it is very fast -- some of the other software we looked at took a long time to load.
What do you dislike?
Some of the advanced features that are really useful are behind the paywall. The filtering function takes some getting used to.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Historical snapshots of the sales pipeline and ability to look at it weekly, monthly. Essentially you can slice and dice all of the data in your CRM
