What do you like best?

My favorite aspect at Mirro is that at the beginning of a new chapter, with a new company I can easily understand how the teams are divided and organized, and what are the responsibilities of each. In Mirro you can observe the dynamics of it all and you can adapt more easily to the new work formula.

What do you dislike?

I do not have complaints about my interaction with Mirro. But I would have some improvements, that could make it more helpful than it already is. For example, when you roll over an icon in the program, it would be helpful to have a short and concise message sharing information about what that icon represents, maybe some explanations: "Here you can check for how many days you have been working in the XX team", for example. A little guide of what each part of the program means and how it can help you.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Be curious and discover every corner of this program to become amazed at how much it can simplify your professional life and how it can help you become more organized, but also more dynamic and eager to socialize in your relationships with your co-workers.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Most often I use Mirro to check up my Leave and Attendance status. Also, beside individual aspects, like organising your objectives and boosting your performance, Mirro is obviously a great place for creating social connections, by it's specific call to action messages "Have you met your new colleague?" it creates reasons to bond and connect with your new teammates. You can also share a piece of feedback to your co-workers and make their day better, or congratulate people for the long-journey with the company.
